Short Description:

These customized slotted shaped insulation panel insulated board is made of high-temperature resistant nano-inorganic materials through special processes. This material has an ultra-low thermal conductivity, and its insulation performance is 3-4 times that of traditional insulation materials, with multiple temperature ranges and packaging forms. It is a new type of high-efficiency insulation material developed based on the principle of nano-micro pores. The material is mainly composed of 10 to 30 nano-meters of fumed silica, forming countless nano-scale pores inside, and containing highly efficient infrared reflection components, which maximally inhibits thermal conduction, convection, and radiation, with a thermal conductivity coefficient lower than still air. The insulation performance of this material is 3 to 6 times that of traditional materials, making it one of the most efficient high-temperature insulation materials. These panels have excellent high-temperature resistance and insulation performance, and can withstand extremely high temperatures and high-pressure environments.
