Zerothermo Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CBVAC Group and a national high-tech enterprise, is headquartered in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area with its production base located in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. Pharmaceutical Cold Chain

ZeroThermo vacuum insulation panels (VIP) keep vaccines, biologics and fresh food at stable temperatures with thermal conductivity as low as ~0.004 W/(m·K)—up to 8× thinner than PU foam. Ideal for cold-chain boxes, refrigerated trucks and vaccine logistics where space, weight and energy savings matter.

Architecture

For building envelopes, our architectural vacuum insulated glass and vacuum insulation panels cut heat loss and outside noise while slimming wall and window thickness. A proven path to lower HVAC load and low-carbon buildings—backed by in-house test data.

High-Temperature Industry

ZeroThermo nano / microporous insulation panels resist continuous service up to ~1000°C with conductivity around 0.030–0.035 W/(m·K) (at 800℃). Used in industrial furnaces, kilns, lithium batteries, boilers and petrochemical pipelines to shrink wall thickness, cut heat storage and save energy—far thinner than ceramic fiber.
