MultiMicro Technology Company (Beijing)

MultiMicro Technology Company, a leading technology company based in Beijing, China, has implemented a groundbreaking construction project that aims to create a comfortable and energy-efficient office environment. The project, referred to as the “MultiMicro Technology Company (Beijing)” project, utilizes innovative technologies such as metal-faced vacuum insulated curtain wall panels, unit vacuum insulated walls, vacuum glass door and window curtain walls, BIPV photovoltaic roofs, photovoltaic vacuum glass, and a fresh air system to create a sustainable, low-energy building.

The project covers a total area of 21,460m², and its focus is to create an ultra-low-energy consumption building that is both energy-efficient and carbon-neutral. To achieve this goal, the project incorporates various cutting-edge technologies that work together to create a more sustainable and energy-efficient working environment.

One of the key components of the project is the metal-faced vacuum insulated curtain wall. This panel is designed to provide excellent thermal insulation, helping to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year while reducing the building's energy consumption. The panel is also durable and easy to install, making it a cost-effective solution for building owners.

Another crucial aspect of the project is the use of prefabricated modular vacuum thermal insulation wall systems. The system comprises of a modular unit made of vacuum insulation panels, which are pre-installed with wiring channels, window openings, and door openings. This system enables quick and easy installation, provides excellent insulation performance, and makes it easy to construct highly energy-efficient buildings. In addition, the project incorporates vacuum glass door and window curtain wall systems. The vacuum glass provides excellent thermal insulation, with its technology similar to that of a thermos used to keep drinks warm or cold. This material helps to reduce the energy loss associated with traditional glass windows while providing a pleasant view.

The BIPV photovoltaic roof and photovoltaic vacuum glass are also an excellent addition to MultiMicro Technology Company( Beijing)'s sustainable construction project. The BIPV photovoltaic roof consists of solar cells that are integrated into the roof, generating electricity to power the building while also acting as a heat insulator. Similarly, photovoltaic vacuum glass is a thin film attached to the glass surface that captures solar energy and converts it into electricity. This technology offers significant energy-saving potential and plays a crucial role in creating a sustainable, low-energy building.

Moreover, the project incorporates a fresh air system that promotes a healthy working environment by providing a constant supply of fresh air. Poor indoor air quality can lead to various health problems, including allergies and respiratory issues. The fresh air system ensures that air is exchanged regularly to maintain a healthy indoor environment. The project has achieved impressive results in terms of energy conservation and carbon neutrality. The use of these innovative technologies has resulted in an estimated energy saving of 429.2 thousand kW·h/year and a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions by 424 t/year. This achievement demonstrates the project's commitment to environmental sustainability and serves as an example for other construction projects.
