Different Thermal Insulation Materials For Different Parts

1. In the lower temperature part, tradtional calcium silicate board can be considered due to the perspective of economy.

2. For non-ultra-high temperature parts, the combined structure of nano-plate and calcium silicate plate can be used, which can achieve the effect of cooling above 20℃.

3.For ultra-high temperature parts, a combination of high-alumina ceramic fiber board, nano-insulation board, and calcium silicate board can be used, which can not only ensure the thermal insulation effect, but also ensure the safety and timeliness of thermal insulation materials.

According to industry calculation data, the use of nano-insulation materials can provide space for reducing the heat consumption of each ton of clinker by 2 to 3 kg of standard coal, effectively improving the heat utilization efficiency of the cement production line.

Compared with the traditional calcium silicate board, when the thickness of the new nano-insulation material is the same, the temperature of the outer surface of the preheating and pre-decomposition system equipment is reduced by 8~15℃.

 After the renovation of the new nano-insulation material shell, there is a lot of room for reducing the temperature of the equipment shell. Reducing the loss of energy in the production process, reducing energy consumption, the economic effect of saving coal is very significant, and reducing carbon emissions a lot.
